Tesco is recruiting for a Shift Lead in the United Kingdom. You will lead the team across store operations, being the go-to person for daily queries and delivering a great in-store experience for customers.

The role offers varied hours within a set availability window and requires you to be a strong communicator with leadership mindset. Starting pay is £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in M25 stores, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week.
