Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead in-store customer experiences and drive sales in the United Kingdom. You will guide the team, ensure product knowledge, and maintain service standards while collaborating with store leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail experience.
• At least 1 year of retail supervisor experience.
• Confident engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
• Motivated to achieve great results from interacting with customers and athletic products.
• Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision.
• Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate your team to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products and collaborating with co-workers.
• Deliver sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational targets.
• Maintain personal and team productivity goals.
• Uphold quality and productivity across store operations.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, sales associates, and store leadership.
• Learn and share product knowledge and trends to meet customer needs.
• Stay aware of current or upcoming product trends and knowledge.

It’s easy for you to start up natural, friendly conversations, adapt to different types of Customers, and resolve issues with a smile. You also like to teach others to do the same. Leading the team, you will be expected to drive sales to maximize profits following division standards. Your performance will be measured by your ability to achieve personal and productivity goals. You will assume leadership and managerial responsibilities when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent.
