Job summary

JD Sports Fashion PLC in Nantwich is seeking a Store Manager to own store performance, culture, and daily execution. You lead by example on the shop floor, drive premium customer experiences, and ensure operational excellence.

You will coach and develop colleagues, interpret real-time performance data and trading trends, and maintain premium visual and safety standards while delivering strong sales results and efficient store operations.
