Job summary

JD GROUP in Nantwich seeks a Store Manager to own store performance, culture and daily execution. You will lead a fast-paced team, uphold premium standards, and deliver a premium in-store experience for customers on the shop floor.

You will use real-time sales data to make swift commercial decisions, coach colleagues, and drive talent development with clear progression paths while ensuring safety and compliance across the store.
