Job summary

BardWood is seeking a Retail Security Support Officer to patrol store premises, monitor entry/exit points, and respond to emergencies. The role involves dealing with crowds and maintaining strong customer relations in a busy retail environment.

The position requires an SIA license, a 5-year checkable history, and the ability to work up to 6 days per week with varying shifts. Must have a full UK driving licence and own vehicle, with transfer to client after 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit to perform duties.

About the role

Title - Retail Security Support Officer

Pay Rate - £16.50

Location - Must be able to cover stores in the Dundee , Dundee Gallagher, Dundee The Docks, Broughty Ferry, St Andrews, Perth and surrounding areas

Shift Timings - Up to 6 days per week available, shift timings shall vary

You will be working in a well-known retail store, which holds various stock. Officers are responsible for providing safety and security to both staff and visitors alike.

Your main responsibilities may include:

• Patrolling the Retail Store Premises.
• Investigating Disturbances, as well as monitoring the entry and exit points of the retail store.
• Confidently calling for help in emergency situations and operating theft-detecting devices.
• Effectively dealing with large crowds and building positive customer relations.
