BardWood is seeking a Retail Security Officer for a well-known retail store in Aberdeen, AB11. You will patrol premises, monitor entry points, and respond to disturbances while maintaining safety for staff and customers.

Role includes shift pattern 0800-2000, 4 on 4 off, with a permanent transfer after 12 weeks and a range of benefits beginning on transfer. Must hold SIA license and have a 5-year work history.

Qualifications

• SIA license is required.
• 5-year checkable work/career history.
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Physically fit for tasks.
• Able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling the retail store premises.
• Investigating disturbances and monitoring entry/exit points.

About the role

Title – Retail Security Officer

Pay Rate – £13.58ph

Location – Aberdeen, AB11

Shift Timings – 0800-2000, working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

You will be working in a well-known retail store, which holds various stock. Officers are responsible for providing safety and security to both staff and visitors alike.

Your main responsibilities may include:

• Patrolling the Retail Store Premises.
• Investigating Disturbances, as well as monitoring the entry and exit points of the retail store.
• Confidently calling for help in emergency situations and operating theft-detecting devices.
• Effectively dealing with large crowds and building positive customer relations.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:

• SIA License.
• 5-year checkable work/career history.
• Experience in a similar role, would an advantage
• Physically fit to undertake given tasks.
• Possess the ability to work under pressure.
