Job summary

MAN Commercial Protection Limited is seeking a Retail Security Supervisor in Clacton-on-Sea. The role covers patrolling, CCTV monitoring and site liaison, with a 43-hour week across day shifts (varied times).

A robust licensing and record-keeping background is required to manage rosters and health & safety on site. Candidate must hold SG/DS licences and CCTV licence, have a 5-year checkable history, strong communication, and be computer literate.

Qualifications

• A valid SG Licence / DS Licence and CCTV Licence is essential.
• A full 5-year checkable work / education history.
• Excellent communication and administration skills.
• Customer Service Skills
• Excellent punctuality and attendance
• Must be computer literate

Responsibilities

• Keep all security records up to date and liaise with Site Operations Manager.
• Patrolling site, locking/unlocking, and monitoring CCTV.
• Communicate with site clients and manage rosters for a 5-person team.
• Ensure health & safety on site and incident reporting.
• Record ANPR sights and CCTV footage; ensure licences and logs are up to date.
