Job summary

Mitie at B&Q Crewe is seeking a Security Officer to safeguard people and property, following site Assignment Instructions and maintaining KPI-driven service levels. A front-line licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) and CCTV PSS SIA Licence are required, plus any contractually required courses.

The role is 27 hours per week on site at Crewe, and you will work with professional conduct, incident reporting, and ongoing client support.

Qualifications

• Previous Security Experience
• SIA License
• SC Clearance desirable

Responsibilities

• Protect customers' property by following Assignment Instructions (AI's) and site procedures.
• Meet and/or exceed KPIs / SLAs to help retain the contract.
• Attend required competency training and pursue self-development.
• Renew licences 16 weeks before expiry as required by policy.
