Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a security officer for on-site coverage in the West of England. The role protects client property, people and assets, adhering to Assignment Instructions and delivering results to meet KPIs and SLAs.

You will hold an SIA front-line licence (Guarding or Door Supervision) and a CCTV PSS SIA licence, with mandatory training and renewal 16 weeks before expiry. SC clearance is desirable where applicable.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience required.
• SIA licence/qualification required for front-line duties.
• SC Clearance desirable.

Responsibilities

• Protect customer property, people and assets by following Assignment Instructions.
• Meet or exceed KPIs / SLAs through accountable service delivery.
• Complete required training and renew licences/insurances as directed.
• Follow safety, legal and regulatory requirements and report incidents.
• Maintain professional conduct and accurate incident notebooks when needed.
