Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is recruiting for a security officer to protect property, people and assets on site at B&Q Chester. You will work 45 hours per week at a rate of £12.91 per hour, delivering security services in line with site AI instructions and SLA expectations.

The role requires an SIA license and prior security experience, with SC clearance being desirable. On-the-job training and ongoing professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous Security Experience is required.
• SIA Licence is required.
• SC Clearance desirable.

Responsibilities

• To protect our customer's property, people and/or assets by providing security services in direct accordance with the sites published Assignment Instructions (AI's) and any subsequent changes.
• Delivering results that meet and / or exceed the Key performance indicators / Service Level Agreement for the customer through full responsibility and accountability, providing a service that aids in the retention of the contract.
• To undertake additional training to ensure continuous self-development.
