Job summary

ASEL, part of the Argenbright Holdings Group, is seeking a Retail Security Officer in Wigston, Leicester. You will provide visible deterrence, respond to incidents, and complete reports while working to protect customers and assets.

Hours are 40 per week with a rotating Saturday shift pattern. An SIA licence is required; full training is provided and prior retail security experience is a bonus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible deterrence and respond to incidents.
• Complete incident reports and liaise with local authorities.
• Patrol shop floor and deter crime; identify vulnerabilities and minimize risk.
• Record detailed and legible reports to aid clients and authorities.
