Job summary

Argenbright Security Europe Limited (ASEL) in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Retail Security Officer to deter crime, patrol the shop floor, and respond to incidents. You will document findings with clear reports and liaise with local authorities as needed.

You must hold a current SIA Licence and be able to provide a 5-year history and right-to-work documents. The role involves 40 hours per week with an hourly rate of £13.20, and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SIA licence to apply for this role.
• Five-year checkable work/history or education record required.
• Right to work documents and proof of address to be provided at interview.

Responsibilities

• Patrol shop floor and deter criminal activity to reduce risk.
• Respond to incidents and complete detailed incident reports.
• Liaise with management and local authorities as required.
• Carry out searches of colleagues/contractors in line with policy.
• Report incidents digitally using tablets/phones.
