Job summary

ASEL, part of the Argenbright Holdings Group, is seeking a Retail Security Officer for a Croydon location. You will provide a visible deterrence, respond to incidents, complete incident reports and liaise with local authorities as required.

You will carry out guarding duties on the shop floor, assess vulnerabilities, and report using devices. A current SIA licence is required; prior retail security experience is advantageous, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• SIA licence required to apply for this role.
• Retail security experience is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible deterrence and respond to incidents in store.
• Complete incident reports and liaise with local authorities.
• Patrol shop floor and deter criminal activity; assess vulnerabilities and minimise risk.
• Carry out guarding duties and use tablets/phones for daily activity planning.
• Maintain detailed and legible incident reports to assist clients and authorities.
