Job summary

CO-OP Exeter is seeking a Retail Security Officer to protect customers, staff and assets at Belgrave Road, Exeter. You will follow the published Assignment Instructions and ensure service levels are met on site.

The role requires an active UK front-line SIA licence, compliance with UK law, and ongoing professional development through training. It is a full-time post (40 hours per week) with overtime available.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience.
• SIA License.
• SC Clearance desirable.

Responsibilities

• Protect property, people and assets per the site Assignment Instructions (AI's).
• Meet or exceed KPIs/SLAs to support contract retention.
• Maintain records and complete incident/notebook entries after incidents.
