Job summary

ASEL, part of Argenbright Holdings, is hiring a Retail Security Officer in Rotherham. You will provide visible deterrence, respond to incidents, complete incident reports and liaise with local authorities.

You must hold a current SIA Guarding or Door Supervisor licence, have a 5-year checkable history, and be able to work across the rotating 41-hour weekly pattern. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• You must have a valid SIA licence to apply for this role.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling the shop floor and deterring criminal activity.
• Assessing vulnerabilities and minimising risk in store environments.
• Liaising with management and local authorities when applicable.
• Managing vulnerable persons with empathy and professionalism.
• Completing incident reports and using digital devices for daily activity planning.
