Qualifications

• You must hold a valid SIA licence to apply for this role.
• Previous experience in a retail security role is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• You must be able to provide a full five-year checkable work or education history.
• Applicants must bring right to work documents and a recent proof of address to the interview.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling the shop floor and deterring criminal activity.
• Assessing vulnerabilities and minimizing risk.
• Liaising with management and local authorities.
• Managing vulnerable persons with empathy.
• Carrying out colleague and contractor searches in line with policy.
• Digitally reporting incidents and planning daily activity.
• Producing detailed incident reports for the client and authorities.
