Job summary

ASEL, part of Argenbright Holdings, is seeking a Retail Security Officer for the Deeside Area. You will provide visible deterrence, respond to incidents, file detailed reports and work with local authorities. You must hold a current SIA licence.

Your duties include access control, loss prevention, site patrols, CCTV reviews, and liaising with management. The role offers varied hours and an hourly rate between £12.71–£15.00, with full training and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid SIA licence.
• Full 5-year checkable work history or back to school history is required.
• Bring right to work documents and proof of address to interview.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible deterrence in-store and prevent incidents.
• Respond to incidents and complete incident reports.
• Collaborate with client and local authorities as required.
• Carry out guarding duties including access control and reception tasks.
• Review CCTV recordings as part of stock loss investigations.
• Liaise with management and local authorities and use devices for daily activity planning.
