Job summary

ASEL in Spennymoor is seeking a Retail Security Officer to provide a visible deterrence, respond to incidents, and complete incident reports while collaborating with local authorities. You will patrol the shop floor, assess vulnerabilities, and liaise with management to reduce risk.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Patrol the shop floor and deter criminal activity.
• Assess vulnerabilities and proactively minimise risk.
• Liaise with management and local authorities when applicable.
• Complete incident reports and digitally report incidents.
• Search colleagues and contractors when required.
• Provide detailed verbal and written accounts of incidents.
