ASEL is seeking a Relief Retail Security Officer in the Bangor area. You will provide a visible deterrent, respond to incidents, and complete incident reports to support security across retail environments. Hourly rate ranges from £12.71 to £15.00 per hour.

You must hold a valid SIA licence; full training is provided. You need to bring right-to-work documents and a recent proof of address to interview. Hours are varied as a relief position, and flexibility is essential.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid SIA licence to apply (essential).
• Experience in retail security is advantageous but not required; full training provided.
• Must be able to provide a full five-year checkable work or education history.
• Bring right to work documents and a recent proof of address to the interview.

Responsabilités

• Provide a visible deterrent and respond to incidents on-site.
• Complete incident reports and use tablets or phones for daily activity planning.
• Patrol shop floor and deter criminal activity.
• Liaise with management and local authorities when applicable.
• Manage vulnerable persons with empathy and professionalism.
• Conduct colleague and contractor searches as required in line with policy.
