Job summary

ASEL is hiring a Relief Retail Security Officer in the Warrington area. The role involves patrolling in-store areas, deterring crime, and responding to incidents while maintaining professional conduct and customer service standards.

The position requires a valid SIA licence, a clear five-year history, and the ability to work varied shifts. Training will be provided, and successful candidates will support safeguarding measures for clients and store staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SIA licence to apply.
• Full five-year checkable work or education history is required.
• Right to work documents and proof of address must be brought to interview.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the shop floor and deter criminal activity.
• Identify vulnerabilities and work to minimise risk.
• Liaise with management and local authorities as needed.
• Carry out guarding duties in-store and respond to incidents.
• Prepare detailed, legible incident reports for clients and authorities.
• Digitally report incidents using tablets or phones.
