Job summary

Carlisle Support Services is recruiting Relief Retail Security Officers to work with Tesco across Blackpool and surrounding locations. You will cover holidays and sickness, with shifts including early mornings and evenings, paid at £14.15–£14.65 per hour, on a part-time basis.

Full training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed. We offer full induction, career development, and a pension option after qualifying period.

Qualifications

• SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence.
• 5 years checkable work and address history.
• 18 years old or over.
• Reliable, punctual, flexible, and smart in appearance.
• Friendly, approachable and professional.
• Experience in security or customer-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a smart, visible, proactive security presence and deterrent.
• Control access and egress; conduct patrols to deter crime.
• Interact professionally with the public and colleagues.
• Follow safety and security procedures and policies.
• Support colleagues as part of a team.
