Job summary

Carlisle Support Services is seeking Relief Retail Security officers to work with Tesco, covering holidays and sickness across Bradford and surrounding areas. You will be trained and supported to succeed, with flexible hours and full induction.

Typical shifts 6am-3pm and 3pm-11pm/midnight; pay £14.15 per hour; you must be 18+, hold an SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence, and have 5 years of checkable work history. Apply to join a growing team.

• 18+ years old (legal to work in front-line licensable activity)
• SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence required
• 5 years checkable work and address history
• Reliable, punctual, flexible and smart in appearance

• Experience in security or customer-facing role beneficial

Responsibilities

• Ensure colleague safety and provide a visible security presence
• Manage security incidents with effective conflict handling
• Control access and conduct patrols to deter crime
• Engage with the public in a proactive, professional manner
• Follow safety and security processes and respond to hazards or incidents
• Provide guidance and directions as first point of contact
