Qualifications

• SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence is required.
• 5 years of checkable work and address history.
• At least 18 years old (legal requirement for front-line licensable activity).
• Reliable, punctual, flexible, and smart in appearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain colleague safety and provide a secure, proactive presence.
• Control access and egress; conduct security patrols.
• Engage with the public in a professional manner.
• Manage incidents and conflicts with appropriate action.
• Follow safety and security policies and procedures as part of a team.
