Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Security Officer to protect client property, people and assets on site in Scotland. You will ensure compliance with Assignment Instructions, UK law and Health & Safety standards while delivering consistent service to meet KPIs and SLAs.

The role requires an active SIA licence, a CCTV licence, and a commitment to ongoing training and professional conduct in all client environments.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience
• SIA licence mandatory
• SC clearance desirable

Responsibilities

• Protect property, people and assets by providing security services per Assignment Instructions
• Meet/exceed KPIs/SLAs to help retain the contract
• Complete on-site tasks as defined in Assignment Instructions
• Review and update instructions to improve service
• Renew front-line licences 16 weeks before expiry
• Comply with UK law and regulatory requirements
• Report hazards and incidents; complete incident reports
• Call emergency services when required
• Maintain professional conduct with customers
• Attend required competency training
