Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is recruiting for a Retail Security Officer at ASDA Ayr to protect staff, customers, and assets. You will earn £13.10 per hour with 18 guaranteed hours weekly, in a permanent on-site role with full training and a funded SIA licence renewal.

You will use body-worn cameras, incident reporting devices, and other Mitie technology to uphold ASDA and Mitie standards and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• SIA license required.
• Previous security experience preferred.
• Trackable 5 year work history.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with policies and UK law as directed by management.
• Engage with the National Operations Centre and use provided technology to report incidents.
• Complete all site tasks as defined in the Assignment Instructions.
• Review Instructions and suggest amendments to improve service.
• Maintain front-line licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) and wear at all times.
• Work in a systematic, methodical manner.
