Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is hiring a Retail Security Officer at ASDA Kilmarnock (KA1) on permanent nights. Pay £13.10 per hour with company benefits, full training, and a funded SIA licence renewal. You'll help protect people and assets while delivering excellent customer service and using provided technology to report incidents.

The role requires a trackable 5-year work history, SIA licence, and strong communication skills. Training and support are provided by Mitie and the client.

Qualifications

• SIA Licence is required.
• Previous security experience preferred.
• Trackable 5 year work history.
• Excellent communication at all levels.
• Energetic and enthusiastic approach.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with policies and UK law as directed by the Security Account Manager.
• Utilise on-site technology (body cams, incident reporting) to document incidents.
• Complete tasks on site as per Assignment Instructions (AI's).
• Renew front-line licence 16 weeks before expiry.
• Refer to and review AI's to improve service levels.
