Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is recruiting a Retail Security Officer for ASDA Newmains in Wishaw. You will protect store assets, support colleagues and customers, and uphold Mitie and Asda values while delivering high service standards.

Full training will be provided, including MAYBO and licence renewals. A valid SIA licence and a track record of reliable attendance are essential. Excellent communication and a proactive, safety-focused approach are expected.

Qualifications

• SIA Licence required.
• Trackable 5 year work history.
• Excellent communication at all levels.
• Energy and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to policies and legal/regulatory requirements as directed by the Security Account Manager.
• Engage with NOC and Mitie management; use available technology to report incidents.
• Complete all on-site tasks per Assignment Instructions (AI's).
• Renew front-line licences 16 weeks before expiry.
