Qualifications

• Valid SIA licence (or willingness to complete the training).
• Full 5-year checkable employment/education history for vetting.
• Proactive, professional and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide a visible, reassuring presence on the shop floor.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
• Deterrence of theft and anti-social behaviour; assist with public order.
• Carry out regular store patrols and monitor CCTV systems.
• Work closely with store management and local police networks.
• Utilise Body Worn CCTV to enhance safety for all onsite.
