Qualifications

• SIA licence or willingness to complete training.
• 5-year checkable employment or education history.

Responsibilities

• Provide a visible, reassuring presence on the shop floor.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
• Deterrence of theft and anti-social behaviour.
• Carry out regular store patrols.
• Operate CCTV to reduce crime and stock loss.
• Work closely with store management teams.
• Support partnerships with Police and local crime networks.
• Use Body Worn CCTV to enhance safety onsite.
