Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Store Protection Officer for the Waitrose team in Crewkerne. The role focuses on protecting the store, staff, and assets while delivering excellent customer service.

Training is provided, including MAYBO, with a company-funded licence renewal and access to Mitie benefits. You will join a dedicated team, utilise provided technology such as body-worn cameras and incident reporting devices, and be supported by the NOC to maintain high standards of

Qualifications

• Previous security experience.
• SIA License.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Energy and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of and ensure compliance with policies and UK law as directed by the Security Account Manager.
• Engage with National Operations Centre (NOC) and Mitie management and use all provided technology to aid incident reporting.
• Complete all tasks on site as defined in the Assignment Instructions (AI's).
• Renew your licence 16 weeks before expiry.
