Base pay range

Hourly Rate: £12.65

Main Responsibilities

1. Patrolling the shop floor and deterring criminal activity
2. Assessing vulnerabilities and working proactively to minimize risk
3. Liaising with management and local authorities when applicable
4. Managing vulnerable persons with empathy to avoid distress
5. Completing colleague and contractor searches as per company policy
6. Reporting incidents digitally and using tablets/phones for daily activity planning
7. Providing detailed and legible incident reports to assist the client and authorities

Location & Hours

Location: Warminster

Hours: 24 Hours, Shift Pattern: Friday and Saturday 0900-2200, 24hrs

Person Specification

Effective communication skills, welcoming and patient attitude, ability to handle conflict professionally. Must have a valid SIA licence. Previous retail security experience is advantageous but not essential.

Additional Requirements

Must provide a full 5-year checkable work or education history, right to work documents, and recent proof of address. A current SIA Guarding or Door Supervisor licence is required.
