Job description

We are looking for a dedicated Mobile Security Officer to join our team in Bristol. This is a dynamic role where you will be responsible for site patrols, lock and unlock duties, and rapid alarm response, ensuring the safety and security of our clients.

Position:

Weekend Mobile Security Officer

Pay:

£12.60 per hour

Hours:

Guaranteed 24 hours per week

Shift Patterns:

Saturday 6am to 6pm and Sunday 6am to 6pm

Transport:

A valid driving licence with at least 1 year of driving experience is required.

Requirements:

• Valid SIA licence
• First Aid certificate
• Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Ability to cover holidays and do overtime
• Willingness to progress and learn
• Punctuality and excellent timekeeping

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular mobile patrols across multiple sites to monitor security and identify potential issues.
2. Manage and safeguard site keys responsibly.
3. Perform lock and unlock duties, securing premises at shift start and end.
4. Respond promptly to alarm activations, assess situations, and contact emergency services if needed.
5. Escort staff or visitors safely when required.
6. Provide backup support including patrols, alarm response, and escort duties for clients.
7. Ensure the security and proper maintenance of any company vehicle used.
8. Maintain a professional image at all times.
