Job summary

Carlisle Support Services is seeking motivated, reliable individuals to join our security team in Oakenshaw. You will help ensure safety, provide a professional presence, conduct patrols, and engage with the public in a friendly, helpful manner.

No previous security experience is required; we provide full training, a competitive hourly rate, pension access after qualifying period, and ongoing career development with funded SIA top-up training.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ (legal requirement for this role).
• SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence is required.
• BS7858 vetting: 5 years of verifiable work and address history.
• Dependable, punctual and flexible in approach.
• Smart, professional appearance with a friendly, approachable attitude.
• Willingness to learn and engage positively with clients and the public.
• Original documentation for screening (passport, driving licence, utility bill, HMRC letter, etc.).
