Job summary

BardWood Support Services is hiring a Retail Security Officer for a well-known retail store in Kettering. The role involves patrolling premises, monitoring entry points, and using theft-detection devices to safeguard staff and customers.

The position requires an SIA license, a 5-year checkable work history, and the ability to work under pressure. Successful candidates will be flexible to shifts as per client requirements and be physically fit for the role.

• Patrolling the Retail Store Premises.
• Investigating disturbances and monitoring entry/exit points.
• Confidently calling for help in emergencies and operating theft-detecting devices.
• Effectively dealing with large crowds and building positive customer relations.

About the role

Title – Retail Security Officer

Pay Rate – 13.10

Location – Kettering

Shift Timings – Must Be Flexible As Per Clients Requirement

You will be working in a well-known retail store, which holds various stock. Officers are responsible for providing safety and security to both staff and visitors alike.

Your main responsibilities may include:

• Patrolling the Retail Store Premises.
• Investigating Disturbances, as well as monitoring the entry and exit points of the retail store.
