BardWood Support Services is recruiting for a Retail security officer to provide safety and security within a busy Cheltenham store. You will patrol premises, monitor access points and respond effectively to incidents, protecting staff and customers while upholding company standards.

This full-time role requires a valid SIA license, a 5-year career history, and the ability to work under pressure. The position demands flexibility, including weekend shifts, and a commitment to delivering a secure,

• Patrolling the Retail Store Premises.
• Investigating disturbances and monitoring entry/exit points of the retail store.
• Calling for help in emergencies and operating theft-detecting devices.
• Building positive customer relations while effectively managing large crowds.

About the role

Title – Retail security officer

Pay Rate – £13.96

Location – Cheltenham

Shift Timings – Full time 40+ hours, must be fully flexible and able to work weekends

You will be working in a well-known retail store, which holds various stock. Officers are responsible for providing safety and security to both staff and visitors alike.

Your main responsibilities may include:

• Patrolling the Retail Store Premises.
