Job summary

Mitie is seeking a confident Retail Security Officer to join the Sainsbury's Bangor team. You will provide a visible presence, uphold excellent customer service, deter theft and patrol the store to maintain safety and loss prevention.

This role supports collaboration with management, police and local crime networks to keep customers and colleagues secure. The role requires a 5-year vetting history and a proactive, professional attitude, with early mornings, late nights, weekends and bank

About the Role

We're looking for a confident, approachable Retail Security Officer who can bring energy, professionalism and a calm presence to the shop floor. This is a role where no two days are the same as you'll be helping to protect people, prevent loss and create a safe, positive shopping experience for customers and colleagues alike.
