Your Talent

• 1-2 years management experience in a customer service-focused retail environment, preferably in apparel or footwear, with a proven results track record.
• Ability to exceed sales targets while managing payroll, recruit, train, develop, and retain top talent, and communicate effectively with large groups.

Your Mission

• Ensure the store consistently meets or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability through effective planning, expense management, and customer service.
• Maintain high standards of customer experience aligned with PUMA's Brand Values and service standards.
• Spend approximately 90% of working time on the sales floor engaging with customers, selling, and coaching staff.
• Assist in recruiting, training, developing, and succession planning for high-performing associates.
• Manage payroll and create service-driven schedules to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Loss Prevention initiatives and ensure operational compliance.
• Achieve inventory and shrinkage goals, and communicate merchandise opportunities.
• Participate in store openings and closings; travel may be required.
• Ensure visual standards are maintained and the store's physical condition is upheld.
• Comply with all policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime as needed.
