(Warehouse Operative) Team Leader-HMP Bullingdon

Position: Warehouse Team Leader

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Location: Bicester, OX25 1PZ

Salary: £26,262.00

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday - 40hrs per week - Days

Note: The role is based within a Prison. Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced Security Vetting Process.

About the Role

HMPPS provides prisoners with the means to order goods using their own funds. At DHL, our role is to manage the picking, packing, and distribution of these orders. No two days on our HMPPS contract are the same! You will play an integral role in the lives of prisoners, working with a diverse team to support their rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leading a group of prisoners in a warehouse environment, while also being hands-on with picking and packing.
2. Reconciling stock levels within the warehouse (based onsite at the prison).
3. Managing the delivery of accurate and timely dispatch of orders to inmates.
4. Ensuring operational targets are met and exceeded.

Candidate Requirements

1. Ability to work in a prison warehouse environment.
2. Understanding of warehouse processes (desirable).
3. Good communication skills across all levels.
4. Current 3 years of UK address history (mandatory for Enhanced Security Clearance).
