Store Supervisor at Levi Strauss & Co.

As a Store Supervisor, you will work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will serve as a key link between our products and customers, supporting and developing our Stylists.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support and deputize the management team in delivering KPIs and implementing profit opportunities.
2. Set and monitor individual, daily, and weekly sales targets for the store team to enhance performance.
3. Track KPIs and team performance through reports and updates to management.
4. Assist with store operations, including stock management, payroll, administration, and rota planning.
5. Enhance the customer journey by providing exceptional 1-2-1 service, ensuring the customer always comes first.
6. Inspire, motivate, and develop the team through training, coaching, and sharing product knowledge.
7. Demonstrate passion for the brand and embody our values.
8. Possess strong customer service skills and experience in team management.
9. Have a proven track record of developing and growing team members.
10. Experience in achieving and driving KPIs and sales targets within retail, with a good understanding of store operations.
