Job summary

East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH) in Southwold is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Supervisor for our charity shop. You’ll support the Shop Manager, act as Duty Manager in their absence, and inspire our volunteer team while helping maximise income from donated goods, Gift Aid, and our eCommerce store.

Based in Southwold, the shop offers a lively, community-focused environment with seaside charm. Weekend work on a rotational basis is required, with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour.

East Anglia Children’s Hospices (EACH) is looking for a Retail Sales Supervisor at our Southwold Shop. This is a fantastic opportunity to join EACH’s vibrant retail team and be an essential member of one of our charity shops to maximise income from donated goods, new products, Gift Aid, and eCommerce.

As a Retail Sales Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Shop Manager, acting as Duty Manager in their absence. You’ll also help lead and inspire our amazing volunteer team, ensuring they feel valued and empowered.

Love fashion, people, and a bit of seaside buzz. Our Southwold shop is right at the heart of the community, just off the main High Street and only a short stroll from the beach. Packed with stylish branded donations and quality finds, it’s a fun, fast-moving charity retail space where every day brings something new.
