East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH) is recruiting a Retail Shop Manager to lead the Angora Shop in Colchester. You will manage staff and volunteers to maximise income from donations, Gift Aid, and eCommerce while ensuring a welcoming shop environment.

The role requires weekend work on a rotational basis, permanent contract, and salary £27,393 per annum. The shop focuses on donations, fashion pieces, and community engagement to support families facing life-threatening conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of staff and volunteers to deliver outstanding customer service and maximise income from donated goods, new products, Gift Aid, and eCommerce.

• Build strong relationships in the local community to encourage donations and volunteer support.
• Manage day-to-day operations including health & safety, stock rotation, and financial reporting.

East Anglia Children’s Hospices (EACH) is looking for a Retail Shop Manager to lead the team at our Angora Shop. This is a fantastic opportunity to join EACH’s vibrant retail team and manage one of our charity shops to maximise income from donated goods, new products, Gift Aid, and eCommerce.

You’ll support a dedicated team of staff and volunteers, drive community engagement, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive and efficiently retail environment while supporting children and young people with life-threatening conditions and their families.
