• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge with latest launches
• Process sales, returns, exchanges, and orders through the till
• Replenish stock and keep displays clean, organized and visually appealing
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
• Support promotions, events, and store campaigns
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives
