D&B Supply LLC is seeking a retail associate to greet customers, provide product information, and assist with sales and merchandising in our store in the United Kingdom. The role requires excellent customer service, ability to handle inquiries, and readiness to assist with inventory and displays.

Responsibilities include advising on merchandise, processing orders, carrying out inventory cycles, and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

Knowledge of retail floor sales techniques.
Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
Ability to sort, check, count, and verify numbers.
Ability to resolve difficult or stressful customer service issues.

Responsabilités

Greet customers entering the store.
Answer customers' questions and provide information on store merchandise.
Sell merchandise and advise customers on merchandise price and features.
Provide merchandise knowledge and recommend alternatives or accessories.
Assist customers in ordering specialized merchandise.
Offer and participate in customer carry-outs.
Assist in receiving and display merchandise according to policies.
Answer phones and handle routine inquiries.
Perform general floor maintenance and housekeeping.
Prepare and participate in inventory cycles.
Move material using manual handling tools and equipment (e.g., hand truck, pallet-jack, dolly).
Other duties as assigned by management related to customer service and merchandising.
