Job summary

Jersey Evening Post is seeking a Sales Consultant to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will guide customers with product knowledge and recommendations to help them make informed purchasing decisions.

You will also help ensure the department is well presented, fully stocked and operating efficiently by replenishing stock, maintaining displays and processing sales, returns and orders at the till.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and professional shopping experience.
• Assist customers in selecting purchases based on their needs and budget.
• Demonstrate product features, where appropriate, in a clear and engaging way.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge, keeping up to date with the latest product launches.
• Process sales, returns, exchanges, and customer orders accurately through the till system.
• Replenish stock, merchandise displays and ensure the department is clean, organised and visually appealing.
