Job summary

Sure in Guernsey is seeking a proactive Retail Sales Associate to deliver a professional sales and support service for mobile and residential services. You will greet customers, explain products clearly, and ensure needs are met with accurate provisioning and live dates.

You will be expected to meet personal and team sales targets, be proficient with systems, and participate in training. Some required Thursday nights and Sunday day shifts occur during the Christmas period.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience preferred.
• Ability to explain products clearly and honestly.
• Meet personal and group sales targets and process orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, professional sales and support for Sure customers.
• Greet customers with a smile and deliver excellent service.
• Explain and demonstrate Sure mobile and home services.
• Ensure customers leave with complete, informed decisions and active services.
• Use computerised systems for sales processes after training.
• Support training of new Retail team members and participate in required training.
