Job summary

JD Sports in Greater London is seeking a Store Colleague to deliver outstanding customer experience on the shop floor. You will greet customers, help with product information, replenish stock, maintain presentation standards, and support smooth daily store operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers, providing support and product information where required.
• Maintain high standards of presentation across the shop floor, ensuring fixtures and displays are clean and well stocked.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are available and correctly displayed.
• Process transactions, cash handling, and stock processing as part of daily store operations.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the effective day-to-day running of the store.
