JD GROUP in Biggleswade is seeking a Store Colleague to deliver an outstanding customer experience on the shop floor. You will greet customers, keep displays sharp, replenish stock, and maintain presentation standards with a positive attitude and strong teamwork.

You’ll help customers with product information, use in-store technology, and handle day-to-day store operations, including transactions and stock processing.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a positive, welcoming customer experience and provide product information.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and promote complementary items.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Maintain shop floor presentation, ensuring fixtures, displays and stock areas are clean, organised and well maintained.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are displayed per standards.
• Process transactions, cash handling, stock processing, and deliveries preparation.
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily store operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support day-to-day store running.
• Support with additional duties and tasks, as reasonably required.
