JD GROUP in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Store Colleague to deliver an outstanding shopping experience. You’ll greet customers, help them find products, keep displays sharp, replenish stock, and support daily store operations on the shop floor.

You’ll work as part of a friendly team, learn new skills, follow company procedures and health and safety rules, and use in-store systems to process transactions and manage stock.

• Replenish stock and ensure products are available and correctly displayed in line with company standards.
• Process transactions, handle cash, and complete stock processing and deliveries as required.
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily store operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support the day-to-day running of the store.
• Take on additional duties as reasonably required.
