We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.72 plus a 15% monthly bonus based on store performance. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours across 5 days, including weekends, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is valued but full training is provided.
• Excellent communication and people skills are essential.
• No prior knowledge of Vodafone products required; training will be provided.
