Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve sales, KPIs, and profitability goals.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and engagement on the sales floor.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor stock availability on the sales floor and ensure proper labeling and pricing.
• Manage stock levels, conduct inventory counts, and ensure product availability in the sales floor.
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, and provide insights to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Foster effective communication within the team and with other departments.
• Product knowledge and sales management: understand product purposes, properties, care, and pricing.
• Deliver high-standard customer service and assist customers in choosing products.
• Sales Floor Stock: manage stock levels and ensure sizes and styles are available for customers.
• Technology: proficiency in retail software and POS systems.
• Compliance Awareness: adhering to safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies.
• Self-leadership: work independently and manage own emotions.
